13 Easy Steps Towards Your Perfect Outdoor Space
To give you a clear idea of what to expect when working with us, we’ve explained our process in detail below. We always make sure to see to it that your needs come first and that you are in control of what happens to your property.

Give us some information about the project you have in mind by filling out our form and sharing details of the current outside area you wish to transform. Share what you’d like the space to look like as well, so that we have a clear understanding of your goals.
2. Phone Consultation - Next step
We’ll get back to you with a phone consultation where we introduce ourselves, talk about the vision you have for your outdoors, then schedule an on-site consultation.
3. Design Phase (Optional)
If you so desire, we’ll create a detailed design of your outdoor area using a specialized software so that you can see exactly what your space looks like before we start making any changes. After we have fine-tuned the design to match your vision, we are ready for the next step.

If your project needs permits, we’ll take care of all the paperwork, filing, and getting your permits.

12. Our Warranty
We stand behind our work and offer a 1 year workmanship warranty. If any of the systems we install fail by chance or something is off, we’ll take care of it. The warranty does not include damage by external forces such as extreme weather, misuse of space, or lack of maintenance.
13. Follow Up Plan
To ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the work we have done for you, we offer a 3-day, 3-week, 3-month, and 11-month follow up plan where we check in with you and make sure everything is perfect. Once we leave, enjoy your new and amazing outdoor area to the fullest and invite your friends over to celebrate it together.
